1. Routine inspection of the standard maintenance of the robot body
1. Clean the robot body
Dust and clean the robot body according to on-site work.
2. Fixed inspection of body and 6-axis tool end
To repair the robot, check whether the body and tools are well fixed.
3. Check the limit stops of each axis
4. Cable status check
Check the usage and wear of the robot signal cable, power cable, user cable, and main body cable.
5. Check the sealing condition
Robot maintenance, check the body gearbox, wrist, etc. for oil leakage or oil leakage.
2. Functional measurement of the robot body
1. Reach temperature check
Use a professional infrared temperature gun to confirm whether the temperature of the motor is normal during operation, and compare the values ​​of each axis motor with the standard value.
2. Noise inspection
The noise detector is used to check whether the motor or gearbox is abnormal in the manual operation state, which is used as a standard for checking the status of the components.
3. Repeat accuracy check
Use a dial indicator to confirm whether the robot‘s repeatability is normal.
4. Mechanical zero measurement
Check whether the current zero position of the robot is consistent with the standard calibration position.
5. Check the state of the motor brake
Detect the voltage value of opening the motor brake, and test the motor brake function of each axis.
3. Replacement of maintenance parts of the robot body
1. Replacement of body oil
Robot gearbox, balance cylinder or connecting rod oil replacement.
2. Robot SMB board inspection and battery replacement
Check whether the fixed connection of the SMB board is normal and replace the battery.
